Treatment via your Health Insurer
Psychological Perspective is a registered provider of psychological services with major private health insurers. If you have private health insurance, either as an individual or via your employer’s corporate policy, most cover the assessment and treatment of mental health conditions.
We will be happy to support you with the process of arranging provider authorisation, plus we are experienced in writing and submitting treatment update reports to insurers if additional sessions are required to complete the therapy.
Occasionally companies ask that members have a one-off consultation with a Psychiatrist or GP prior to beginning psychological therapy. In such cases, we are able to provide you with a referral for a Consultant Psychiatrist.
